I had a Bowen session with Rochelle to manage my jaw, neck and shoulder injuries. It is a soft treatment with many moments where you lie quietly to allow the body to readjust. It is subtle in its affects. At the end of the session I was pain free and I felt a light feeling in the areas of my injuries.
